I would highly recommend the therapies/coaching offered by Julieta. I'm not totally sure how to explain or even if my explanation does the work/approach justice but Julieta marries particular areas of thought and therapies in a way that feels both nurturing and enamouring. To be both soft and focused with enough space to think somewhat more consciously. A form of enamouring. The approach seems universal enough to find the ability to connect regardless of prior ways of thinking of beliefs I feel as if the process of allows you to focus and nurture the root or maybe the inner space.
