I. First and Foremost
We believe this is a pivotal moment, and that the practices taking shape right now have a real responsibility to look genuinely different from what came before.
With a multidisciplinary team and a global network of niche specialists [ global citizen mindset ], we orchestrate projects where business vision aligns with operational excellence, and ethical values [ a human approach ].
Reciprocal accountability, responsibility, grounded approach, and out of the ordinary solutions are at the base of everything we birth.
II. Two Minds
Julieta
I have changed careers the way some people change underwear.
Not because the industries were the wrong choice for me. Because their values were.
Argentina. United Kingdom. Mexico. Greece.
Years of looking for a collective that understood basic human respect as a prerequisite, not a perk.
We were all programmed into deep capitalism before we knew there was another option. Nobody's fault. Still not acceptable.
I moved through music, marketing, art, fashion, wellness, and human rights, watching industries with genuine soul choose structures designed to extract it again and again.
At the same time,
I was working with the ones building outside the frame [ innovators ].
Photographers and curators creating editorial worlds that hadn't asked anyone's permission. Stylists turning a point of view into a practice. Musicians making experiences that refused to be just concerts. Retreats/residencies genuinely honoring ancient wisdom without packaging it for a market a.k.a cultural appropriation. Gallerists and human rights centers learning to speak to funders and institutions without losing what made the work matter.
In 2023, after years of distilling what I had to give back/offer to the collective, I founded Zep Tepi.
For the first time, I could design the workplace itself around the standards I had always refused to lower.
I build systems from the inside out, because I know what it costs to work inside something that doesn't align with what you believe.
It is the reason I know exactly what the wrong room looks like.
Shery
Shery works where most people choose one thing or the other: engineering or intuition.
He has never seen them as separate.
For him, the logic behind a system and the rhythm it needs to move in are the same conversation. His work spans the full spectrum. n8n. Chatbot development. RESTful integrations. Custom API development and data transformation. From front-end interfaces to full AI-driven pipelines.
Most automation creates new noise in place of the old noise.
Shery builds the kind that disappears into the background, handling what shouldn't require you so the work that does can have your full attention.
The administrative weight. The repetitive flows. The invisible scaffolding that holds a practice together.
He takes all of it and turns it into something that simply runs.
What that creates is space.
[ Real ] space. The kind that lets you think, make, lead, and return to the work that is genuinely yours to do.
Everything he builds is documented, transferable, designed to belong entirely to the practice it serves.
The goal was never dependency. It was always your capacity to move freely.
Quietly powerful.
The invisible architecture behind everything we create together.
